TESTIMONIALS

"WOW - I have been involved with many media and corporate shoots in the past and have to say that Tania and her team were by far the most fun and professional. Their warm personalities and natural abilities helped me to relax. They were brilliant to deal with from the first phone call, to the actual photo shoot. Their dedication to producing the perfect shot is to be commended".

Grant Lewers, MD - Results Agency International Portraits as featured in the book 'Secrets of Entrepreneurs under 40 exposed!' by Dale Beaumont

"Your charismatic nature instantly put me at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the photographic session and I am delighted with the pictures you took".

Sally Hudson, Diversional Therapist - Aged Care

"Superb photography! I really appreciate working with such a passionate artist committed to her art and a strong work ethic. You have an eye for drama, and also capturing unlikely relationships between the main content and the background. This is the first time someone has revealed the close relationship between the features of people in my art and my own face".

YOUR CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION

Research shows that your marketing material will have an increased response rate if you have included a portrait of yourself and your team.

SESSION DURATION

A typical corporate portrait session will run between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your brief. Whilst always appreciating that as a professional your time is precious we will shoot until we know that you will be pleased with the photographs. Please avoid booking meetings straight after your photographic session in case your shoot requires a little extra time.

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE

Corporate portraits generally falls into two categories: traditional and editorial.

Traditional corporate photography tends to have the subject posed in a seated or standing manner and is generally taken as a 'head and shoulders' or 'three-quarter body' shot with plain or out of focus background.

Editorial style is more casual and creative, as is designed to be attention grabbing, and may include full body shots with the subject walking, or similar poses to the traditional style except the background and design of the photograph will be more creative.

We can discuss what will be most appropriate for you when you call to make your booking.

INDIVIDUALS & GROUPS

We have the ability to create individual executive portraits and large group portraits of any size on location.

LOCATION

Depending on the style of images that you may want, your corporate portraits can be photographed on location at your business premises (which can often provide an opportunity to have your business logo in the background), or may take place at a suitable outdoor location.

For an editorial style portrait, we will be looking for backgrounds that provide interesting design elements for each photograph (e.g. interesting architecture, movement of traffic,) or is appropriate to the message you want to portray.

Traditional style portraits are generally shot indoors, in a boardroom, at your desk or in the foyer area of your business. We can discuss what your company has available and can also make some suggestions when you book your shoot.

CLOTHING / STYLING

We suggest that you wear clothing that is appropriate to your industry and the message that you want to portray to prospective clients.

For example, the traditional suit is appropriate to a financial adviser who wishes to portray confidence, integrity and authority, whereas graphic designer is more likely to wear something creative, trendy and casual.

For women - If your shoot is scheduled to be later in the day, we suggest that you bring your makeup and hairstyling equipment to touch up before the shoot. Your hands may also be seen in your portraits. Having your nails manicured can also enhance your look.

Choose appropriate jewellery and watches depending on the image you want to convey.

PROPS

For those wanting a point of difference in a portrait. We suggest using any awards (trophies or plaques), or other tools or products that may be appropriate in conveying the message of your business. Showpieces and artworks in your premises can also make for interesting backgrounds and help reflect a particular ambience and feeling about your company.

PHOTO RETOUCHING

Our professional production team will perfect all your images with digital retouching to provide high quality corporate images (for example, we can fix fly away hair, blemishes, wrinkled clothing, etc).

Additional retouching also available on request.

DELIVERY TURNAROUND

We balance our efforts to maintain the highest level of high quality with your own deadlines so we aim to provide proof sheets within three working days.

Provision of final polished images on CD is a turnaround of approximately 2 working days (depending on retouching and other post production requirements).

This may be beneficial when there is limited time available on the day of shooting for pre-shoot assessment. Alternatively we can schedule additional time one hour earlier to your actual shoot.
